깨달음명상5..Story를 통한 깨달음..아하 이거구나3.0 - Google Play

If I properly realize the 'I', my life becomes a pleasant game.

Think of a bunch of grapes.
Each grape symbolizes all the joys and sorrows and ups and downs in life.
There is 'I' at the top of this bunch of grapes.

If you realize this 'I', all the troubles of life, symbolized by the grape cluster, will be solved at once.

This realization of being aware of the 'I' is extremely practical and absolutely essential.

This app contains three meditation programs that lead me to enlightenment.

Enlightenment does not require hard practice.
When you realize 'I', why do you have to suffer an innocent body?

If you follow the guidance in this meditation program,
Everyone naturally says, "Aha~! This is it!" and realize the 'I'.

1. Creative Meditation

Creation meditation is a meditation that re-creates the world and self from the state of absolute nothingness before the beginning.
Through this meditation, you can understand the relationship between me as an avatar and my original 'I' (creativity, divinity).

2. Story Meditation

This meditation is a meditation made up of a fictional story in which you ride a time machine to and from the future and past lives.
Through this meditation, I understand that life is just a drama that I experience for a while as the protagonist.
In addition, you will learn how to relieve the health of each part of the body and relieve psychological or spiritual karma on your own.

3. Perspective shift meditation

It is a meditation that naturally shifts the perspective from the physical self that I knew to be me to the self within me.
This meditation is a combination of meditation and lecture, which has a powerful effect.
Through this meditation, I become an active and active master of experiencing and choosing my life.
